Basic Rules of Football (English​ Version):

A- INTRODUCTION

To be best for the health, wisdom, good communication relation, and cooperation each other, especially to avoid of drug usage in the society, sporting is a part of joining these.

According to the currently progressive development of Cambodia and also the same with other country in the world of sport games, GOOD LUCK 9 CASINO-HOTEL in located at Cambodia-Vietnam border, National Road No.1, Bavetkandal Village, Sangkat Bavet, Bavet City, Svay Rieng Province, Kingdom of Cambodia.

B- FOOTBALL LOGO

In order to organize football logo which establish in other leaflet and player’s uniform, the football committee has decided to design this logo as below;

C- COMMITTEE

To make the football goes smoothly, and other training, planning arrangement in competition with other casino’s football club and other institutions. We need to have one committee to check all formations that are already arranged and other future plans.

This committee has created from the selection of the managements and supported this football club by the company name such as;

E- FOOTBALL TEAM PROPOSAL

Football committee makes decision to choose 25 players who are enrolled from each department such as: Gaming, Surveillance, Kitchen, F&B, and other departments more.

In these amounts, whenever we hold the competition, we must not have problem with company working time and must have the players during this challenging as well.

F- PLAYER UNIFORM

    Player uniform has selected as below:

    F.1-      Player              :           02 sets for each (black and white)

    F.2-      22 players       :           22 x 2 = 44 sets (T-shirt, shorts & socks)

    F.3-      Goalkeeper    :           03 x 2 = 06 sets (T-shirt, shorts, socks & gloves)

    F.4-      The sample PLAYER UNIFORM;

All uniforms are the company belonging, and do not name of player in it and after competition must return back to laundry for next challenging.

G- FOOTBALL TRAINING

All players have to train daily by the coach strategic arrangement. During training all players have to keep healthy and avoiding any injuries.

H- MATCH JOINING

In each match that requested from other company or institutions, we need approval from the football committee. Oneself decision is strongly forbidden. 

H.1- APPLYING FOR COMPETITION

            Any each match with another company or institution, we have to follow to the basic rules as below;

             H.1.1-  Notice letter for challenging

             H.1.2-  Appointment the date of challenging

             H.1.3-  Appointment the location of challenging

H.2- MATERIAL REQUIREMENT

             H.2.1- Football

             H.2.2- Cool spray / First Aids Box

             H.2.3- Drinking water / Soft drinks

             H.2.4- Budget for football field fee

             H.2.5- Budget for referee fee

             H.2.6- Others

            H.3- TRANSPORTATION

            In each match, the players are transported by company vehicle (only Bavet area).

           

H.4- SPONSOR

             This football club has supported by GOOD LUCK 9 CASINO & HOTEL that is located in

Cambodia-Vietnam border, National Road No.1, Bavetkandal Village, Sangkat Bavet, Bavet City, Svay Rieng Province, Kingdom of Cambodia.

I- PROHIBITION

All players are selected to be as football team, those are ordered to respect the rules such as;

1. Scolding or scornful talk to each other and/or supporter.
2. Immorality. 
3. Verbal force to each other.
4. Arguing during playing and outside of challenging. 
5. Gathering together and making chaos. 
6. Breaking the football rules.
7. Making any injuries 

J- IMPLEMENTATION

1. Be cooperated each other, do not scornful talk or scolding with player/supporter.
   
2. Be good manner for someone else. 
3. Do not use bad word with each other
4. Do not ague during playing and outside of challenging.
5. Do not gathering together and making chaos. 
6. Do not breaking the football rules.
7. Must be helpful with each other during the challenging.
8. Be obedient the team leader during competition. 
9. Do not be furious that cause any problem to someone else.

K- PUNISHMENT

All players who do not follow the basic rules (I) and (J) as above stated, the committee will take action as below:

1. Will be terminated from football Team. 
2. Be responsible for your all arising. 
3. Will be terminated from his/her employment.

L- FINAL PROVISION

1. All players have to follows and obey these basic rules goes into effective 100%. 
2. Basic rules for football Team goes into effect from the date of signature onward.
